Understanding refunds on assisted bookings

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for bookings made with the assistance of Worldz Tours & Travels. Because we are an independent travel agency and not an airline, refund eligibility and amounts are ultimately governed by the fare rules of the airline or supplier for your specific ticket.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, you are generally entitled to cancel an eligible reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the reservation was made at least seven (7) days before the flight's scheduled departure. Some supplier and ticket types may apply this rule differently; your agent will confirm whether your booking qualifies.
Any service fee charged by Worldz Tours & Travels for booking assistance is separate from the airline fare. Service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where required by law. The exact fee, if any, is disclosed to you before you authorize a booking.
To request a refund or check eligibility, call (888) 778-0736 or email contact@worldztoursandtravels.store with your booking details. We will review the applicable fare rules and assist you in submitting an eligible request to the airline.
Approved refunds are processed by the airline or supplier and may take several billing cycles to appear, depending on the airline and your payment provider. We will assist you in following up where needed but cannot control the airline's processing timeline.
