These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website worldztoursandtravels.store and the travel booking assistance services provided by Worldz Tours & Travels ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or calling our agents to request assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are

Worldz Tours & Travels is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, airport, or government agency. We act solely as an intermediary that helps connect travelers with travel suppliers (such as airlines and consolidators).

3. Booking Assistance & Pricing

All fares, taxes, carrier-imposed fees, change rules, and seat availability are determined by the airlines and travel suppliers and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
We may charge a service fee for our booking assistance. Any such fee will be clearly disclosed to you, together with the total all-in price, before you authorize a booking.
Quotes are not guaranteed until ticketed. Prices and availability can change without notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate passenger names (matching government-issued ID), travel dates, and contact details.
Review your itinerary, fare rules, baggage allowance, and the total price before authorizing any booking.
Ensure you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) and meet all entry and health requirements for your destination.

5. Payments & Authorization

By authorizing a booking, you confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method provided and that you accept the airline's fare rules and our service terms. Charges may appear from us and/or directly from the airline or supplier.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the applicable airline fare and may involve airline penalties plus any applicable service fee. U.S. Department of Transportation rules generally allow you to cancel a booking made directly through certain channels within 24 hours for a full refund when the reservation is made at least seven days before departure. 7. Limitation of Liability

We provide booking assistance only and are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, or other conduct of any airline or third-party supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the service fee you paid to us for the specific booking in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Worldz Tours & Travels or its licensors. Any third-party names, logos, or trademarks shown for identification purposes remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
