Cancelling a Flight

If you need to cancel a booking, our agents can review your fare rules, explain your options, and help you submit an eligible cancellation request to the airline.

Your 24-Hour Right (U.S. DOT)

Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, you can generally cancel an eligible reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as the booking was made at least seven (7) days before departure. Your agent will confirm whether your specific booking qualifies.

After the 24-Hour Window

• Refundable fares: may be cancelled for a refund per the airline's rules, sometimes minus a penalty.
• Non-refundable fares: usually do not qualify for cash refunds but may provide an airline travel credit for future use, subject to the airline's terms.
• Taxes/fees: certain government taxes and fees may be refundable even on non-refundable tickets, where applicable.
